Candidate Profile

• Completion of a civil engineering degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• For senior roles, Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation is required or candidates should be actively pursuing it.
• Substantial relevant experience in their discipline, including deep familiarity with industry codes, standards, and legislation.
• Strong team orientation, commercial awareness, strategic mindset, and a client-focused collaborative approach.
