Role Summary
Prime Healthcare is inviting leaders interested in a Chief Executive Officer role for one of its acute care hospitals, including current facilities and future hospitals, to join its executive leadership network and explore both immediate and upcoming opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
The Chief Executive Officer will oversee day-to-day hospital operations and provide strategic direction across patient care, clinical services, and clinical support functions.
This role calls for close partnership with leaders and staff to deliver high-quality patient care in a cost-conscious way.
The CEO will define and guide short-term and long-term organizational goals, covering both financial and non-financial outcomes.
It is also responsible for aligning people, processes, and strategy so business objectives can be executed effectively.
Additional duties include hiring, training, developing, and retaining talent so the organization can meet its operational needs, as well as creating revenue growth through new business strategies and improved performance.
The position requires ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, and keeping stakeholders informed through clear communication.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
A minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in healthcare administration is required.
Applicants must show an ability to lead across all management levels and a strong commitment to the community.
Strong computer skills, including word processing, are needed, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
Prime Healthcare Management Inc. offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package designed to give employees flexibility in choosing coverage that fits their needs. Total rewards may include paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and other voluntary benefit options. Benefits can differ based on employment status, such as full-time, part-time, per diem, or temporary.
The estimated annual compensation for this position is $270,000 to $300,000, inclusive of wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation. Final starting pay will depend on factors such as skills, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position working daytime hours.
