Chief Executive Officer (Interim with Potential for Permanent Role)

About the Role

An international Private Equity-backed technology-driven portfolio company operating in the Nordic region is seeking an Interim Chief Executive Officer. This role involves leading an established B2B business with annual revenues exceeding €200 million, which offers proprietary products and software-enabled solutions across multiple international markets. The successful candidate will provide executive leadership during a critical stage of the company's growth, focusing on accelerating performance and delivering value.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire business and guide the executive leadership team.
• Champion strategic and operational transformation initiatives across the organisation.
• Drive sustainable growth, enhance profitability, and ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors and shareholders to align on value creation objectives.
• Lead the company through its forthcoming phase of expansion and development.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles such as CEO, Business Unit Leader, Managing Director, or Chief Transformation Officer.
• Strong expertise in technology-enabled B2B sectors.
• Proven ability to lead international organisations through periods of transformation and growth.
• Experience collaborating with sophisticated shareholders, especially within Private Equity environments.
• Availability to work onsite in the Nordic region for approximately 3 to 4 days each week.
