About the Role
We are seeking motivated graduates to join as CASA Sales Executives in the banking sector, focused on acquiring new current and savings account clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Applicants should be between 21 and 28 years of age.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and valid license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new customers for current and savings accounts.
- Conduct daily field visits and interact with clients effectively.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and prepare necessary reports.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Cost to Company (CTC): ₹216,000 (equivalent to ₹18,000 per month).
- Take-home salary roughly ₹180,000 per year (around ₹15,000 monthly).
- Performance incentives can reach up to ₹60,000 per month.
