Job description
Role Overview
This position involves the precise fitting of wooden interior elements inside boats, including wooden panels, plywood, glass sheets, cabinets, doors, flooring, and various other components integral to boat interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Measuring, cutting, drilling, and installing wood, plywood, and panel materials.
- Ensuring interior components are fitted with accurate alignment and superior finishing.
- Utilizing hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Carrying out fitting and finishing work in compliance with the boat's structural design.
- Collaborating closely with the production team to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
- Adhering strictly to all factory safety regulations and protocols.
Candidate Profile
Experience with boat or marine interior fitting is preferred. Nevertheless, candidates with a background in carpentry, furniture fitting, or interior fitting will also be considered.
