Role Summary

The company is seeking a full-time Carpenter based in Ajman to handle custom woodwork projects encompassing doors, windows, staircases, cabinetry, wardrobes, and other specialized joinery assignments. Daily duties involve interpreting technical drawings, precise measuring and cutting of materials, assembling and installing wood components, and ensuring alignment and finish quality. The role requires proficiency in safe usage of hand and power tools, execution of framing and finish carpentry tasks, collaboration with designers and supervisors, maintaining an organized work area, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations, meeting project deadlines, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated carpentry expertise in both structural framework and fine joinery.
• Skilled in the utilization of hand tools for accurate measurement, cutting, shaping, and assembly.
• Experienced in operating power tools and woodworking machinery with safety and efficiency.
• Proficiency in finish carpentry tasks such as installation of doors, trims, moldings, and cabinetry.
• Capability to read and comprehend technical plans and measurements precisely.
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality and the ability to resolve installation challenges.
• Physically fit to handle manual labor, including lifting, prolonged standing, and working in diverse site conditions.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in bespoke joinery, interior fit-out, or related carpentry sectors.
