Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support and maintain relationships with existing customers in the office setting.
• Acquire new customers through outbound telephone communication efforts.
• Generate and maintain statistical reports related to cargo operations.
• Manage freight reservations and monitor available space for cargo shipments.
• Handle documentary processes for air freight shipments involving imports and exports.
• Ensure adherence to dangerous goods regulations (DGR) throughout cargo operations.
• Coordinate air freight shipments as part of truck transport logistics.
• Oversee ramp operations, ensuring all safety protocols are followed meticulously.
• Work closely with airlines, ground handling agents, and airport authorities to facilitate smooth cargo handling and operations.
• Supervise aircraft loading and unloading activities to maintain operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts.
• Strong team orientation with effective communication abilities.
• Prior experience working in an airport environment is desirable.
• Enthusiastic about sales and customer interaction.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages.
• Confidence in telephone communication and customer engagement.
