Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Professional experience in HR, recruitment, or headhunting, with knowledge of hiring practices across Singapore, Hong Kong, and the APAC financial markets.
• Practical experience in designing or utilizing AI-based workflows for candidate assessment, drafting, and matching processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of finance roles including institutional sales, asset management, private banking, family offices, and compliance.
