About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals looking to embark on a new professional path, such as those returning from parental leave, to join us as Construction Site Safety Specialists. Throughout your training, you will receive a competitive salary. After completing your onboarding, you will take on responsibilities independently and become an essential member of our team.

Positions are available at various locations including Ahrensburg, Altenholz, Ascheberg (Holstein), Aumühle, Bad Bramstedt, Bad Oldesloe, Bad Schwartau, Bad Segeberg, Bargfeld-Stegen, Bargstedt, Bargteheide, Barkenholm, Barmstedt, Barsbüttel, Bönningstedt, Boostedt, Bordesholm, Brodersdorf, Burg (Dithmarschen), Ellerbek, Elmshorn, Eutin, Flintbek, Friedrichsholm, Geesthacht, Glückstadt, Großenaspe, Halstenbek, Heiligenhafen, Henstedt-Ulzburg, Hohenlockstedt, Hohenwestedt, Itzehoe, Kaltenkirchen, Kiel, and Neumünster.
Training Program
- Approximately one year of progressive learning tailored to equip you for this profession.
- Combination of theoretical lessons and hands-on practice, allowing immediate application of skills.
- Guidance and mentorship by experienced colleagues to facilitate a smooth transition, even if you are new to the field.
- Theoretical instruction takes place as close as possible to your residence; practical assignments primarily occur within your future work area.
- From the outset, you will receive a stable salary during your training period.
Key Responsibilities After Training
- Working collaboratively to ensure safety at railway construction sites.
- Utilizing various signaling techniques and modern warning systems to alert personnel on track of approaching trains.
- Implementing safety protocols and instructing new safety posts as part of daily duties.
- Maintaining smooth operations through communication with different stakeholders.
- Independently managing and supervising safety measures at construction locations.
Candidate Profile
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
- No prior experience required, but reliability and commitment to ensuring safety are essential.
- Preference for working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken, is necessary.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and at varying sites is expected.
- Holding a class B driver's license and having a personal vehicle is advantageous but not mandatory.
