Capital Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Capital Acquisition Specialist capable of independently attracting investors and raising funds for the company. This role demands a target-oriented individual who can source, engage, and onboard investors without team assistance or marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective investors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, corporate entities, and other investors.
• Conduct in-person meetings to present investment opportunities.
• Address inquiries, handle objections, and engage in negotiations.
• Convert prospects into active investors.
• Maintain follow-up communications with existing investors to encourage repeat investments.
• Track and report monthly performance metrics.

Performance Targets

• Minimum monthly fund mobilization target: ₦5,000,000.
• Stretch monthly target: ₦10,000,000.
• Consistently achieve at least 50% of the minimum target to progress.
• Earnings increase based on successful performance, including 2.5% commission on mobilized funds.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in capital raising, investment mobilization, financial advisory, or a related field.
• Proven track record of securing investments or funds.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously without supervision.
• Existing network of investors or business contacts is a plus.
• Commitment to meeting monthly fund mobilization targets.
• Must currently reside in Port Harcourt or Enugu; relocation applicants will not be considered.

Additional Information

• This position does not provide marketing team support or paid advertising to generate leads.
• Applicants must be able to physically meet with potential investors and independently build an investor pipeline.
• The company will hire one person each in Port Harcourt and Enugu.

Compensation & Work Mode

• Monthly salary range: ₦250,000 to ₦500,000 plus performance-based incentives.
• Mode of work: Full-time onsite or hybrid options available.
• Expected start date: Immediate.
