Your Responsibilities

• Design and detailed construction of mechanical assemblies and components for rail vehicles
• Creation of 2D and 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and technical documentation
• Development of technical concepts along with creative, cost-effective, and manufacturable construction solutions
• Analysis of technical requirements and optimization of existing designs and processes
• Technical coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders in both German and English
• Application of relevant standards, guidelines, and customer specifications within the railway environment

Desired Qualifications

• Completed technical degree or technical training in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in design engineering
• Excellent skills in CAD software, with preference for CATIA
• Strong creativity, solution-orientation, and high commitment
• Well-developed analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
• Quick comprehension and structured, proactive working style
• Fluency in both German and English communication
