Role Overview

As a Retail Buyer’s Agent based in an Aussie Store, you will collaborate closely with mortgage brokers and in-store teams to help finance-approved clients successfully purchase properties. This role offers autonomy over your own territory and referral pipeline, supported by well-established brand reputation and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with finance-ready clients to comprehend their property requirements
• Identify suitable properties through on-market, pre-market, and off-market channels
• Perform thorough due diligence and property research
• Lead negotiation efforts and oversee the buying process end-to-end
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with industry stakeholders
• Deliver exceptional service to build client trust and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with brokers to align client goals and timelines
• Conduct buyer strategy sessions and tailor property briefings

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a Class 1 or equivalent Real Estate License
• Demonstrated success managing 20 or more residential property transactions from start to finish
• In-depth understanding of the local property market, sourcing strategies, and buyer behavior
• Effective negotiation capabilities fostering trust and favorable outcomes

Preferred Attributes

• Experience as a buyer or property investor providing insight into client perspectives
• Familiarity with off-market listings or investor clientele
• Ability to excel in a high-autonomy and performance-driven environment
