About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Butler Manager to oversee the Butler Services team at a prestigious five-star luxury property in Dubai. This position demands a polished hospitality professional passionate about delivering personalized guest services, exceptional luxury standards, and strong team leadership. The selected candidate will play a vital role in maintaining high guest satisfaction and enhancing operational efficiency, contributing to the property's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Butler Services department, ensuring flawless delivery of bespoke luxury experiences.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the butler team to consistently surpass guest expectations.
• Provide tailored service to VIPs, long-stay, and high-profile guests throughout their stay.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively, ensuring personalized and memorable engagements.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments to guarantee seamless service.
• Design and implement service standards, operational procedures, and training initiatives aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks.
• Track guest feedback and reviews, initiate service recovery actions swiftly when required.
• Handle scheduling, staff allocation, performance assessments, and succession plans for the butler team.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and profiles.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to raise guest satisfaction and streamline operational processes.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience as Butler Manager, Assistant Butler Manager, or similar roles in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Comprehensive understanding of luxury butler service standards and VIP guest management.
• Experience working within a five-star hotel or premium hospitality brand is strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, and team supervision capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to build strong guest relations.
• Fluent English language proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Sensitivity towards luxury guest preferences and cultural nuances, delivering highly personalized service.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury setting.
• Exemplary professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Currently residing in the UAE or open to relocation.

Working Conditions
