Business Operations Analyst

Position Overview

This role calls for a Contract Business Operations & Analytics Specialist who will work remotely. Compensation ranges from $50 to $60 per hour with a flexible commitment of 10 to 40 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine business operations data and key performance metrics to uncover patterns, trends, and inefficiencies.
• Build and improve dashboards along with KPI reporting tools to facilitate data-supported decisions.
• Create and maintain detailed process maps and workflow analysis documents providing actionable insights.
• Design visual presentations to simplify complex data and recommendations for business teams.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and rubrics to assess operational outcomes effectively.
• Convert analytical results into clear, actionable advice understandable by various organizational stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in operations management, strategic business analysis, or related fields.
