Join DustPod.io, a premier media production agency that partners with Irish brands to craft compelling stories through premium recurring audio and video podcast packages. This fully remote role offers a chance to earn well by managing your own sales pipeline without the need to commute or face micromanagement.
What You'll Gain
- Base salary of €40,000 annually.
- Transparent commission of 10% on the value of annual contracts - closing just two deals monthly can earn you an additional €24,000 to €40,000+ per year.

Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Oversee and manage the entire sales cycle independently.
- Leverage professional platforms like LinkedIn, cold emailing, and phone communications to engage decision-makers and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct high-level, consultative sales conversations focusing on brand strategy and measurable return on investment rather than just podcast sales.
