Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will excel in pinpointing new business prospects, forging strong client relationships, and driving company growth in a dynamic working environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish new client contacts and accounts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
- Develop sales forecasts and marketing strategies for key accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
- Lead or support international marketing initiatives such as seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- A relevant degree is required.
- Minimum three years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the Medical Technology or Precision Engineering sectors.
- Capable of conducting market research and intelligence to target potential companies.
- Proven ability to create new business programs from current and prospective clients.
- Experience in business development, marketing, or project management related to medical devices is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, able to operate independently while also being a team player.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas independently.
