Your Role and Impact
You will be instrumental in establishing Globibo's footprint in Singapore by acquiring new clients and expanding sales in the translation, interpretation, and training sectors. You'll extend outreach to various industries and foster enduring client relationships.
Work Environment
This position requires Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Residency, with work performed onsite at Globibo's office located at 114 Lavender Street #06-63, CT Hub 2 (Lobby 3), Singapore 338729. You will report directly to the Director of Sales or Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients and emerging markets.
- Understand organizational needs and engage key decision-makers.
- Initiate contact through personalized emails and cold calls to arrange meetings.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
- Expand sales within existing client networks and cultivate relationships with VIP clients.
- Present proposals, update clients on offerings, and prepare and negotiate quotations and contracts.
- Manage account schedules and support delivery information to customers.
- Secure long-term support agreements encompassing all service lines.
- Ensure excellent customer service via feedback management and value-added solutions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with industry partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Lead sales efforts within a newly developing market, managing diverse and dynamic projects from inception to execution.
- Collaborate closely with technical and subject matter experts alongside operational teams.
Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years’ corporate B2B sales experience with comprehensive knowledge of the sales cycle.
- Exceptional English communication skills to engage a regional clientele.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience drafting complex quotations and negotiating contracts.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Self-driven with a passion for language services and event technology.
