Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Executive to drive both sales and marketing activities within a designated geographic area. This position focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding business opportunities through direct client engagement and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass set monthly and quarterly sales targets, including revenue and client acquisition goals.
• Proactively generate leads via telephonic outreach, referrals, and intensive fieldwork.
• Arrange and participate in face-to-face meetings and customized product or service presentations, utilizing personal two-wheeler transportation.
• Identify client requirements, craft compelling proposals, negotiate terms effectively, and finalize sales agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems, including documentation of client communications, sales pipeline progress, and scheduled follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidates only, age 20 years or older.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in field sales, marketing, B2B, or B2C sectors.
• Must own a scooty or motorcycle along with a valid driving license.
• Proficiency in English and the local language corresponding to the job location: Telugu for Hyderabad, Kannada for Bangalore, and Tamil for Chennai.

Additional Details

• Work location is onsite in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
• The role requires consistent travel within the assigned area using personal two-wheeler.
• Compensation ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 30,000 per month.
