About the Company
ST KOOL Lubricants, operated by See Lube Technologies Pvt. Ltd., manufactures industrial lubricants and metalworking fluids. The business serves manufacturing companies across India with a focus on dependable product quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term commercial relationships.
Role Overview
This position is focused on expanding business, bringing in new customers, strengthening existing accounts, and helping the company meet its revenue goals. The role combines lead generation, account handling, customer relationship building, and coordination with internal teams to support smooth sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and convert new customers in the assigned territory to grow the client base and generate revenue.
- Build a consistent sales pipeline through market research, referrals, networking, and other business development efforts.
- Meet customers, present products, and discuss solutions to understand needs and position ST KOOL offerings effectively.
- Negotiate business terms and close opportunities in line with company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential customers for long-term partnership building.
- Handle customer accounts by offering prompt support, resolving concerns, and working with internal teams to close issues.
- Track customer orders and coordinate with Operations, Technical, and Sales Support teams for accurate order processing and onboarding.
- Follow up regularly and conduct business review discussions to deepen engagement and find improvement areas.
- Support retention, account expansion, and growth through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Gather customer feedback, monitor account status, and flag any risks related to satisfaction or retention.
- Keep CRM records updated with leads, opportunities, customer conversations, and sales activity.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for sales, customer acquisition, and revenue.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong background in B2B selling, customer acquisition, and business development.
- Clear communication, confident presentation, and solid negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships and encourage customer loyalty over time.
- Comfort with identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving ability.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting.
- Basic familiarity with industrial products, lubricants, manufacturing, or engineering-related industries.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused attitude.

Compensation
