This role involves crafting and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes, overseeing kitchen operations during the absence of senior chefs, and maintaining impeccable kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present breakfast and buffet foods to meet Hilton's quality standards and specifications.
• Lead and support kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and providing guidance in the absence of senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen work areas, while preventing any cross-contamination risks.
• Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and ensure proper storage and stock rotation practices are followed.
• Assist in managing food costs to improve profitability and meet departmental financial goals.
• Motivate and coach team members to enhance performance, promote a constructive work environment, and foster development.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards to safeguard guest and staff wellbeing.
