Job Overview

We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee sales and collection activities at our designated branch. The role focuses on managing operations, building partnerships, and ensuring performance targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee sales and collection processes within the assigned branch.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Electric Vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturers (EV OEMs) and dealerships within the region.
Ensure the branch consistently attains its sales and collection goals.
Recruit and provide training for branch team members to foster high performance.
Generate daily performance reports and management information systems (MIS) documentation.
Gather regular customer feedback to monitor satisfaction and enhance service quality.
