Role Overview

The Branch Manager will oversee the sales and collection activities at a designated branch location. This leadership role involves fostering strong relationships with electric vehicle original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and dealerships within the assigned region to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales and collection operations to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with EV OEMs and dealerships in the area.
Achieve established sales targets and collection performance goals consistently.
Recruit, onboard, and train branch staff to build a competent team.
Generate and maintain daily performance reports and management information systems (MIS).
Engage in regular customer feedback collection to evaluate and enhance satisfaction levels.

Compensation and Location

This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 18,000 and 37,000 INR. The role is based in Kota, Rajasthan, India, and requires working onsite to effectively manage branch operations.
