Overview
This role involves providing customer service as a Customer Service Executive for Airtel's inbound operations including Multi, Broadband, Prepaid, and DTH services. The position is located in Virar West, Mumbai, and requires working fully on inbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and support requests exclusively via inbound calls related to Airtel services.
- Provide accurate information and assistance on Multi, Broadband, Prepaid, and DTH products and services.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification is HSC pass or graduation.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, English, and Gujarati languages is mandatory.
