Position Overview

We are seeking a remote Biomedical Research Analyst to join our team focused on advancing AI applications in healthcare. This full-time role involves designing evaluation frameworks, conducting comprehensive research, and collaborating with clinicians to enhance AI systems in medical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI healthcare technologies, including benchmark creation and validation protocols.
• Perform research on medical reasoning, evidence-based clinical decision-making, and healthcare workflows.
• Create benchmark datasets and testing environments based on real healthcare scenarios.
• Work closely with researchers and medical professionals to assess and enhance AI systems applied in healthcare.
• Analyze AI performance, safety, and reasoning quality in clinical use cases.
• Prepare detailed research reports and guidelines outlining best practices for AI evaluation in healthcare.

Essential Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or related healthcare fields.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical practice, healthcare operations, or biomedical research.
• Proven track record of conducting medical, clinical, or healthcare research.
• Strong comprehension of research methodologies and healthcare decision-making.
• Excellent analytical reasoning capabilities and proficiency in scientific communication.

Compensation and Additional Information

This role offers a competitive annual salary range from $350,000 to $500,000 USD. The position is fully remote and contract-based.
