Responsibilities

Create, solve, and review advanced biology questions that have practical scientific relevance.
Use knowledge from genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related areas to build complex and nuanced problem sets.
Work asynchronously with AI researchers and other subject experts to improve reasoning quality and answer accuracy.
Evaluate the depth, precision, and scientific soundness of AI-generated biology content.
Make sure the final outputs reflect the standards expected at graduate research level.

Requirements

Master’s degree or PhD in Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or a similar field.
Strong practical understanding of genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics.
Ability to use Python or R for research or data analysis tasks.
Clear and accurate written communication skills for explaining complex scientific ideas.
Careful, systematic approach with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks reliably in an asynchronous environment.

Preferred experience

Experience with data annotation, quality review, or AI evaluation workflows.
Exposure to academic publishing, peer review, or scientific writing.
Familiarity with computational biology tools or bioinformatics pipelines.
Experience creating or assessing research problems in academic or industry settings.
