Job Overview
Lalitha Jewellery Mart is seeking a diligent Billing Executive to manage billing operations efficiently. The role focuses on preparing invoices through our ERP system while maintaining precise billing documentation.
Key Duties
- Accurately generate invoices using the company ERP software.
- Confirm customer details, product/service data, pricing, and quantities before processing invoices.
- Liaise with sales, accounting, and other departments to resolve billing inquiries.
- Create daily billing summaries and support record reconciliation efforts when needed.
- Manage invoice amendments, adjustments, and track unresolved billing matters.
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong mathematical skills with precise calculation capability.
- Familiarity with ERP or billing software is advantageous.
- Proficient typing skills and attention to accuracy in data handling.
- Effective communication and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with competence in independently managing routine billing workloads.
