Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in identifying appropriate beauty products based on their requirements.
• Showcase products and provide detailed explanations on their advantages and how to use them effectively.
• Remain knowledgeable about the latest beauty trends and product developments to advise customers accurately.
• Support inventory upkeep and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Meet and exceed individual and overall store sales goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong client relationships.
• Engage in ongoing training and product education sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in retail or customer service roles, preferably within the beauty sector.
• Good understanding of beauty products, industry trends, and application methods.
• Exemplary customer service abilities and a talent for relationship building.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
