About the Role
Join Sally Beauty Canada, a global leader in hair and beauty supply, and help empower customers to express themselves through their beauty choices. We are looking for passionate individuals committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. Training and product knowledge will be provided to support you in this mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships fostering loyalty.
- Recommend complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and special events.
- Arrange merchandise and set up advertising displays to highlight sales initiatives.
- Encourage customer enrollment in the Loyalty program.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout.
- Maintain a professional store atmosphere and communicate inventory concerns.
- Uphold and demonstrate Sally Beauty's cultural values in all interactions.
- Flexible work schedules tailored to individual needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while using a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- Occasional exposure to fumes and odors may occur.
- Capacity for physical activities including prolonged standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy shipments or boxes.
- Work in an environment that includes moving parts and possible exposure to irritant chemicals.
