Key Responsibilities

• Recognize and warmly greet regular guests by name.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all food offerings, beverages, and wines to provide recommendations.
• Consistently deliver friendly, courteous, and professional service.
• Actively promote and increase sales revenue through upselling when possible.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior hotel experience in 3 or 4-star properties is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
• Background in busy food and beverage operations.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Micros point of sale systems is advantageous.
