About the Role
As a Barista at M-Tre Ventures LLP in Mumbai, you will be responsible for expertly preparing various beverages, including espresso, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes ensuring quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of coffees, teas, and specialty drinks precisely as per the given recipes.
- Welcome customers warmly and efficiently take their orders, providing excellent service.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related equipment, ensuring proper use and conducting cleaning and basic upkeep.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service counter, equipment, seating spaces, and adhere to personal hygiene standards.
- Track inventory levels such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and other materials, promptly restocking as needed.
