Role Summary

As a Baker, you will take charge of our freshness promise by transforming an empty bakery each morning into a vibrant place filled with freshly baked artisan bread and treats for our customers. No prior experience is required; what matters most is enthusiasm, teamwork, and a readiness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a small team each morning, following precise recipes to produce bakery items.
• Help maintain cleanliness in the bakery and contribute positively to the customer experience.
• Manage production schedules and recipes, measure and mix ingredients, shape dough, and operate ovens.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to start early morning shifts as early as 3:00 AM and work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Take pride in contributing quality products to the community.
• Exhibit a positive mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Commit to the success of the bakery, team, and personal growth.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking continuously throughout shifts.
• Regularly lifting and carrying items weighing up to 22 kg.
• Frequent movements including turning, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending.
• Capable of lifting up to 2.5 kg to a height of approximately 1.7 meters.
• Consistent use of both hands with frequent wrist rotation, flexing, and occasional forceful gripping.
