About Casadome Real Estate
Casadome Real Estate is actively expanding its Residential Purchase & Sale division in Ahmedabad, focusing on sourcing and managing residential properties for sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source new residential properties available for sale.
- Engage and coordinate effectively with property owners.
- Onboard only genuine and high-quality properties into the portfolio.
- Keep the property inventory up to date and accurate.
- Collect comprehensive property information, including photos and videos.
- Match buyer preferences with appropriate property options.
- Support the sales team by providing relevant property options.
- Arrange and facilitate property and site visits.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with property owners and sales executives.
- Assist in negotiations and closing of sales deals.
- Promote properties using social platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, relevant property groups, and portals.
- Maintain precise records in CRM systems or Google Sheets.
- Monitor property availability and pricing trends.
- Support sales team’s daily requirements related to properties.
Candidate Profile
- Exhibit strong communication and coordination capabilities.
- Possess a determined follow-up approach.
- Comfortable working under targets.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experienced with WhatsApp and social media channels.
- Real estate experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Open to freshers showing enthusiasm and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate a proactive, responsible, and earnest attitude.
Salary and Career Advancement
Salary is commensurate with experience and ability, ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹40,000 monthly. Incentives are offered according to company policies tied to completed sales.
