Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates for the Showroom Supervisor and Sales Consultant roles should possess at least five years of sales experience within automotive or luxury retail showrooms. The Non-Technical Trainer should have experience in conducting customer service, sales, product knowledge, onboarding, or soft skills training, preferably in automotive or retail sectors. Previous experience in automotive dealerships or luxury retail is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, customer service, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, adaptable attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (bilingual).
- Preference given to candidates holding a valid QID with transferable sponsorship within Qatar.
