Compensation and Work Details

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from 17 to 30 dollars, ensuring at least the minimum wage applicable for the location. Additionally, performance-based incentive bonuses are provided quarterly or annually. Specific work conditions may qualify for premium pay from 0.35 to 3 dollars per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or job tasks. Multiple premiums may stack if criteria are met. Available work shifts include mid-shift and closing hours.
