Role Overview

The Associate Product Manager (APM) will support the CIO in planning, developing, and executing software solutions across Captyn's SaaS platform. This role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing departments to deliver impactful products that meet customer requirements. It's ideal for professionals early in their product careers who are analytical, organized, customer-centric, and seek growth in a dynamic tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist throughout the product lifecycle, from initial discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collect and document business needs, customer feedback, and feature requests.
• Support roadmap planning and prioritization in partnership with the CIO.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams during sprint planning and development.
• Contribute to the design of new software features.
• Engage in customer discussions, demonstrations, and feedback sessions to assess user needs.
• Coordinate communication across teams to maintain alignment on product initiatives.
• Support product launches by preparing release notes and internal enablement materials.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Customer Success, Project Management, or similar SaaS roles.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Capacity to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Sigma, Trello, or equivalents.
• Ability to work well within cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SaaS or B2B software settings.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, or software development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
