Role Overview

This position fits an experienced and motivated payroll professional seeking to deepen their expertise in all facets of global payroll solutions. Working within the managed service team, you will collaborate with Grant Thornton network member firms to deliver payroll services to clients ranging from small enterprises to large multinational corporations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee client payroll processing coordination utilizing the Global Payroll Platform Payzaar, collaborating with member firm payroll teams.
  • Manage resolution of payroll-related issues by leveraging the international Grant Thornton network to address client queries.
  • Provide client support through short-term projects, payroll audits, and cover for temporary staff shortages.
  • Lead implementation teams to onboard new clients and transition their payroll services to Grant Thornton.
  • Drive projects aimed at enhancing service delivery through automation and process improvements.
  • Deliver client payroll support both onsite and remotely, managing end-to-end domestic and international payroll processing.
  • Recruit, develop, and train junior team members.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and ensure adherence to service delivery schedules.
