Role Overview

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in managing daily retail activities and ensuring all company policies are adhered to. When the Store Manager is unavailable, this role assumes store leadership responsibilities. The goal is to collaborate closely with the Store Manager to offer customers a combination of expert eye care services and stylish eyewear consultation, fostering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support store operations and maintain compliance with organizational standards.
• Step into store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Work alongside the Store Manager to deliver excellent customer service and professional advice on eye care and eyewear fashion.
• Inspire and coach team members to uphold outstanding customer care.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum three years experience in customer-facing sales roles with a commitment to high-quality service.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for mentoring colleagues on the sales floor.
• Ability to develop a positive working relationship with the Store Manager to sustain a professional and welcoming environment.
• Confident in engaging customers authentically and facilitating helpful in-store experiences.
• Displays a proactive and energetic attitude, contributing positively to a collaborative team atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary up to $58,000 per annum.
