Role summary
This position supports the day-to-day running of a venue, with a focus on sales results, profitability, guest satisfaction, team leadership, stock control, and operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily venue operations and help drive sales and profitability while ensuring every guest enjoys a high-quality service experience.
- Partner with the Operations Manager to work toward venue targets and key performance indicators.
- Review sales and performance data regularly, then recommend practical actions based on the findings.
- Train and guide staff on systems, operating procedures, service expectations, and venue presentation standards.
- Keep the team informed about current promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Manage cost control and accurately balance cashier collections and cash records.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and effective manner.
- Keep the team motivated and committed to delivering strong customer service.
- Offer ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to support team improvement.
- Track inventory processes to reduce shrinkage and maintain accurate stock records.
- Prepare weekly duty rosters based on expected daily traffic.
- Monitor staff turnover and absenteeism.
- Carry out annual performance reviews for team members.
- Record incidents as required by the business.
Candidate profile
- The role calls for at least 4 years of experience in a large retail setting in a supervisory capacity.
- Applicants should have strong analytical ability and a sharp eye for detail.
- Prior leadership experience is essential.

Working pattern
- The roster runs from Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off each week.
