Job Objective

This position involves managing the operational activities related to retail underwriting policies, with a focus on making prudent risk assessments across all processes.

Core Responsibilities

Contributing to the formulation of underwriting guidelines tailored to each product, aiming to optimize profitability.
Supporting ongoing market analysis to enhance market share while ensuring profitability is sustained.
Ensuring strict compliance with underwriting guidelines throughout the process.
Issuing prompt and precise underwriting decisions that uphold superior service quality, meet company standards, and fulfill business objectives.
Participating in system User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm requirements are accurately implemented.
Authorizing underwriting transactions within assigned authority limits and recommending decisions for transactions exceeding these limits.
Effectively managing and resolving escalated matters in an appropriate and timely manner.
Maintaining comprehensive understanding of system requirements related to underwriting operations.
