Overview

Responsibilities
- Support the store leadership team by demonstrating company values and customer service standards through coaching, mentoring, and guidance.
- Help execute sales and merchandising strategies to optimize category performance and store profitability.
- Contribute to theft prevention efforts by engaging in loss prevention tactics and investigations.
- Manage stock levels, pricing, and merchandising to enhance sales outcomes in assigned departments.
- Work towards achieving set sales targets and budgetary goals within your department.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a dynamic, energetic approach with strong leadership capabilities.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Minimum two years of experience in retail management and customer service roles.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
