Artificial Intelligence Officer

Overview

Anan Real Estate Company is seeking a dedicated Artificial Intelligence Officer to spearhead the adoption and utilization of AI technologies within the organization. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency, boost productivity, automate processes, and support various departments in leveraging the latest AI solutions aligned with the company's strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's AI strategy and roadmap.
• Identify automation opportunities and process improvements through AI technologies.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools tailored to organizational needs.
• Manage subscriptions and licensing for AI software.
• Train employees on the effective and secure use of AI tools.
• Establish policies and regulations governing AI usage within the company.
• Provide ongoing support and consultancy to different departments.
• Design solutions aimed at enhancing productivity while reducing time and expenses.
• Stay current with the latest AI innovations and recommend their adoption when beneficial.
• Prepare user manuals, templates, and procedural guidelines related to AI applications.
• Coordinate with IT management to ensure smooth integration of AI solutions.
• Generate periodic reports measuring the impact of AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in AI, digital transformation, or business automation.
• Preferably experienced in real estate or medium to large-sized enterprises.
• Proven track record in managing and executing digital transformation projects.
• Experienced in user training and change management.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini.
• Advanced skills in prompt engineering.
• Strong capability in process analysis and redesign.
• Developing policies, procedures, and user guidelines.
• Microsoft 365 suite expertise.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Power BI reporting skills.
• Power Automate and workflow automation tools proficiency.
• Data analysis and reporting abilities.
