Job description
About the Role
Well Axis Energy Services is looking for experienced and certified Aramco Approved Rigger I professionals to join their Rig Move Projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves performing safe and precise rigging and lifting operations related to drilling rigs and associated equipment under stringent safety and procedural guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute rigging and lifting tasks strictly following approved safety protocols and procedures.
- Support the transport, setup, assembly, and securement of drilling rigs and equipment on-site.
- Inspect rigging tools, including slings, shackles, and lifting accessories prior to use to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to lifting plans, site-specific protocols, and Saudi Aramco's regulations throughout operations.
- Collaborate closely with crane operators, rigging supervisors, and other personnel involved in lifting activities.
- Promote and maintain safe working environments by identifying hazards during rigging and equipment movement.
- Carry out additional rigging and lifting assignments as directed by supervisors.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a valid Saudi Aramco Approved Rigger I certification.
- Demonstrated experience in rig move operations, preferably within oil and gas or related heavy industry sectors.
- Deep familiarity with rigging and lifting methods and safety standards.
- Ability to operate effectively and safely in challenging project settings.
- Availability to join the project immediately upon selection.
Compensation and Project Information
The role offers a monthly salary of SAR 45,000. Payments are processed 15 days following the approval of timesheets. The position specifically supports Rig Move projects in Saudi Arabia.
