Role Overview

The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and concept-focused training sessions in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and related areas for test preparation. Daily tasks include planning lesson content, creating practice questions and mock exams, conducting classroom sessions, addressing learner queries, and tracking progress. The trainer will tailor teaching approaches to diverse learning styles, provide consistent feedback, and help learners build confidence and readiness for exams.

Additional Responsibilities

• Developing or improving training materials as needed.
• Collaborating with academic coordinators and faculty team members.
• Participating actively in faculty meetings and workshops for professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning with the ability to explain concepts clearly and systematically.
• Proficient in classroom delivery, fostering learner engagement, and the use of teaching aids and digital tools.
• Experience in designing practice questions, mock tests, and structured lesson plans aligned with relevant exam patterns.
• Effective communication and mentoring skills to support a diverse learner base with constructive feedback.
• Previous teaching or training experience in aptitude, test preparation, or competitive exam coaching is highly valuable.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Management, Commerce, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working with learning management systems, presentations, and productivity software.
• Willingness to work on-site in Vijayawada and collaborate within academic teams.
