Analyst - Fund Account Activation

About the Role

The Data Management Department at Deutsche Börse Group in Cork, Ireland, manages fund setup along with the ongoing updating and maintenance of static data. This team is responsible for opening and maintaining accounts in various markets alongside the respective transfer agents. Full training will be provided to the new hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Create fund identifiers specifically for the Luxembourg market.
• Conduct detailed due diligence on Funds and Investment Managers.
• Handle fund setups using internal company systems.
• Manage and update Transfer Agent information within internal platforms.
• Open accounts and trading chains across markets.
• Perform AML and KYC due diligence procedures for account openings.
• Collaborate on team-based project work.
• Address and resolve queries from clients and transfer agents promptly.
