AI Model Assessment Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Model Assessment Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position offers a flexible commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week and provides compensation between $22 and $70 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and critically analyze the accuracy and performance of AI-generated content spanning multiple fields.
• Provide detailed and constructive feedback to aid in the enhancement of AI models.
• Evaluate complex data outputs for clarity, factual correctness, and alignment with project objectives.
• Detect patterns, exceptions, and subtle nuances within AI responses using excellent reading comprehension and careful observation.
• Communicate insights and findings effectively with team members in both written and verbal formats.
• Offer user-perspective expertise by simulating real-world scenarios or tasks to determine model effectiveness and utility.

Candidate Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency at C1 or C2 standards.
• Exceptional reading comprehension skills combined with strong analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail with the ability to notice subtle distinctions.
• Capable of delivering clear, practical feedback grounded in subject matter knowledge.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, especially within a remote work setting.
