About the Role

Oxford Business College seeks a committed Admission Counsellor to assist prospective students through their admission journey. The position requires a customer-focused approach with strong communication and interpersonal abilities and demands a minimum of two years experience in admission or student counselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counselling to prospective students and their parents regarding courses, enrollment processes, and career prospects.
• Respond to admission inquiries received via phone, email, and in-person visits promptly and professionally.
• Deliver detailed explanations on course offerings, eligibility requirements, fee details, and admission steps.
• Proactively follow up on potential leads to convert them into confirmed admissions.
• Keep thorough records of all student communications and their admission progress.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to foster a positive admission experience.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a seamless enrollment and documentation process.
• Meet admission targets while upholding exceptional customer satisfaction standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only
• Graduate-level education
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Basic proficiency in English

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time day shift
• Fixed monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹30,000
