Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and highly organized Administrative Manager to join a prominent private healthcare clinic located in London's elite medical district. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive administrative leader to facilitate the efficient operation of a state-of-the-art, patient-centric clinic. Collaborating closely with the Centre Manager, you will oversee the clinic's daily administrative activities, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure that every patient experiences exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support teams responsible for administration and reception duties.
- Partner with the Centre Manager to guarantee smooth clinic operations.
- Organize staff schedules, handle training, evaluate performance, and delegate daily tasks effectively.
- Serve as the principal contact for patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Manage appointment bookings, patient records, and all clinic correspondence.
- Facilitate patient onboarding and the use of electronic patient record systems.
- Handle payment processing, invoicing, and insurance-related paperwork.
- Ensure adherence to GDPR, health & safety standards, and internal clinic policies.
- Collaborate with clinical and front-of-house personnel to support seamless patient pathways.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in medical administration or a closely related healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory capabilities within a team setting.
- Excellent organizational aptitude coupled with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with appointment management software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a professional, patient-oriented approach.
- Experience in private healthcare settings is highly advantageous.
Employment Details and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000, commensurate with experience.
- Full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Additional Information
This role is based entirely on-site in London W1. Candidates must possess the legal right to work within the UK and be able to commute reliably to the clinic.
