ఉద్యోగ వివరణ
Overview
This role involves overseeing student registrations, attendance, customer data, and CRM information accurately while supporting various operational and administrative tasks within the academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage registrations, enrollments, attendance records, customer data, and CRM with precision.
- Coordinate trial class schedules, instructor assignments, room bookings, program registrations, and rescheduling requests.
- Assist in managing workshops, performances, competitions, exams, and other academy-related events.
- Act as the main contact for students, parents, and potential clients, providing timely and professional support across multiple communication platforms.
- Prepare reports, handle customer communications, maintain operational documents, and keep administrative records updated.
- Facilitate billing tasks including invoicing, payment tracking, and following up on unpaid transactions.
- Work in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
- Support marketing admin activities such as website updates, lead follow-ups, and process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and data accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in administration, customer service, or related roles.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, which is mandatory.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage administrative duties meticulously.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet urgent deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM software.
- Capable of working independently in a fully remote setup while effectively collaborating with an international team.
