Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Ad Editor to create and refine high-impact ad campaigns. This role can be part-time or full-time, working remotely with core hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. The ideal candidate embraces accountability, continuous growth, and excellence in paid ad editing.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and interpret client briefs and market-specific account data
Stay informed on current trends and effective strategies in paid advertising
Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers to align on creative direction
Deliver quick turnaround ad edits, completing tasks within 24 hours
Organize and source footage from client content as needed
Manage daily tasks via Slack and project management tools
Edit both static and video ads and implement revisions promptly
Participate in team meetings to discuss ad project requirements

Candidate Profile

Efficient editor who maintains high quality under time constraints
Resourceful in enhancing ads by creatively incorporating additional content
Detail-oriented with a clear understanding of each client’s unique market needs
Fluent in English with strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients
Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace setup
Available full-time or part-time during EST working hours

Compensation & Benefits

Part-time starting salary: $500 to $900 per month (4-5 hours daily, 5 days a week)
Full-time starting salary: $1,000 to $1,500 per month (8 hours daily, 5 days a week)
