ARS Enterprises is seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Accountant Specialist to strengthen their financial team in Sector 49, Gurgaon.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting processes, ensure adherence to GST regulations, and manage invoice-related activities utilizing ERP Marg software.

Primary Responsibilities

Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting entries.
Handle billing operations, invoicing, and process credit/debit notes within the ERP Marg system.
Generate and maintain E-way Bills in compliance with GST requirements.
Accurately keep track of purchase and sales documentation.
Perform bank reconciliations and detailed ledger reviews.
Ensure punctual filing and compliance related to GST.
Manage accounts payable and receivable modules effectively.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and Management Information Systems (MIS) as needed.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and external vendors to streamline accounting activities.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Between three to five years of pertinent experience in accounting roles.
Comprehensive expertise in operating ERP Marg software is mandatory.
Proven experience with E-way Bill preparation and GST adherence.
Solid grasp of accounting standards, principles, and tax procedures.
Competence in Microsoft Excel along with fundamental computer literacy.
Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational abilities.

Additional Information

Immediate joining is preferred for suitable candidates.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹28,000 to ₹30,000.
